
Bondi Lemon Drop
Zesty, herbaceous, and just the right amount of heat — this Lemon Drop isn’t your average citrus cocktail. It’s bold, fresh, and finished with a cheeky chilli salt rim that brings the beach bar vibes home.
Ingredients
• 45ml Bondi Liquor Co. Citrus Gin
• 15ml Triple Sec
• 10ml Rosemary Syrup
• 30ml Fresh Lemon Juice
• Chilli Salt (for the rim)
• Ice
Method
Rim a chilled coupe or martini glass with chilli salt.
Add Citrus Gin, Triple Sec, rosemary syrup, and lemon juice to a shaker with ice.
Shake well until icy cold.
Strain into your prepped glass.
Garnish with a rosemary sprig or lemon twist, if you're feeling fancy.
