While our Blending Masterclass does include lite nibbles, don’t forget that our Bar & Kitchen has a delicious sharing menu if you’d like to stay for a romantic dinner after the class. Plus, we make some killer cocktails.
Gin Tasting Masterclass
Our Gin Tasting Masterclass includes a behind-the-scenes distillery tour, we explain how our spirits are made, and you’ll receive a guided tasting of 3 Bondi Liquor Co gins. We’ll walk you through how to identify aromas, flavours, mouth feel, and what food to pair. It will forever change how you drink gin. Each participant also receives a 200ml bottle of their favourite gin to take home.

Gin Blending Masterclass
Our Gin Blending Masterclass includes all the fun listed in our Gin Tasting Masterclass above before embarking on the fun process of designing your very own signature drop. Each participant gets to trial 3 different options of blending single botanical distillates to create your unique flavours. Your favourite recipe will then be produced in a 200ml bottle to take home and show off. Light nibbles from our Cocktail Bar are provided throughout the class.
