Welcome to Bondi Liquor Co!
We want your experience at our distillery to be as special as the drinks we make, so we’ve created a space that’s warm and inviting, with the kind of atmosphere that makes it easy to let your hair down and have fun.
You can come in after a day at the beach with sand between your toes or dress up for a night of dinner and cocktails. Whites, blues, and soft wood tones reflect the colours of Bondi, and our shared menu reflects our ethos of enjoying life, together. We also have an extensive drinks menu showcasing our own spirits along with some traditional favourites.

Menus
Like our spirits, our food is clean, simple, delicious, and designed to share. Our Modern Australian menu was created to refuel and nourish after a day of salty Bondi waves, and akin to our local community, it sees a melting pot of influence from Latin America, Asia, and the Mediterranean.
So, gather your crew and we’ll see you for dinner! Table bookings are Wednesday to Sunday.
