Morning Bondi is the photo diary of Amaury Tréguer, a photographer from Paris who has made Bondi Beach his home since 2010. Amaury never misses a morning down at the beach. Inspired by Amaury’s love for the beach and ocean-centric photography, we thought what better way to collaborate than a Saltwater Gin using seaweed and rock salt, finished with a touch of citrus.
