On the first Thursday of every month, Rushcutters Bay and Darlinghurst open their doors to art lovers. The First Thursday Art Gallery Walk takes you through local galleries and studios for an evening of new exhibitions, artist conversations and creative energy.
We're proud to be part of it. And we like to think we're the best way to end the night.
Finish the walk at the distillery
After the galleries, head to Bondi Liquor Co on McLachlan Avenue. Our bar is just a short stroll from the walk, and it's the perfect place to talk about the art you've just seen, or argue about it.
A new cocktail every month
Each First Thursday, our bar team creates a one-night-only cocktail inspired by the evening. It might be a twist on a classic made with our award-winning Beach Dry Gin, a seasonal spritz with our Limoncello, or something completely new. It changes every month, so once it's gone, it's gone.
Last time, we poured jugs of red sangria for a full house of art lovers. This month's creation is a surprise!
