Ingredients:

30ml Bondi Liquor Co Original Dry Gin

20ml Cinzano Rosso Vermouth

10ml Dolin Vermouth

30ml Campari

Orange peel to garnish

Method:

Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass or jug with ice, stir well until the outside of the glass feels cold. Strain into a tumbler and add 1 large ice cube. Note: Negroni’s are best served with a single big cube to control the dilution.

Using a knife, cut a thick piece of orange peel. Rub the peel around the rim of the glass for extra flavour. Twist the peel lengthways and drop it into the glass.
