Ingredients:

60ml Bondi Liquor Co Citrus Gin

15ml Cinzano White Vermouth

Lemon twirl to garnish

Method:

Combine all ingredients into a cocktail jug, add ice and stir for 30 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a lemon twirl.

How to make a lemon twirl:

Cut your lemon in half from the middle, not end to end. Using 1 half of your lemon cut a slice about 0.5cm thick. Make an incision to break the circle, then run your knife around the inside to separate the fruit from the peel. Cut off as much pith as possible. Firmly wrap the peel around a chopstick or straw to create the twist.
