We recently engaged the guys from 44North to takeover the management of our Bar & Restaurant, including our unique upstairs function space.
Joel Kallmeyer heads up the team, and many will know Joel from his time behind the bar designing and serving delicious cocktails for us over the last couple of years.
Along with his business partner Ron, they have made some subtle changes to put their stamp on things, as only two Canadians could do.
The menu now focuses on some delicious house smoked 12hr brisket, along with arguably the best Smash Burger in Bondi!!
