OUR STORY
Welcome to Bondi Liquor Co, the first operating distillery based in the heart of Bondi Beach. All of our products are distilled onsite, making us truly ‘Bondi Original’.
We produce Gin, Vodka and Liqueurs that are simple, clean and wherever possible, we use organic, sustainable, and Australian grown botanicals.
Our ethos is to enjoy life. From the sun and sand to the conversations we cherish over a drink with friends.
In the spirit of enjoying life, our Founder Adrian Henshall created our distillery as a love letter to Bondi, and what she means to us. Here, you’ll discover a haven for relaxation, good vibes, and connecting with like-minded people. To us, this is Bondi living.
