OUR STORY
Welcome to Bondi Liquor Co, the first operating distillery based in the heart of Bondi Beach. All of our products are distilled onsite, making us truly ‘Bondi Original’.
We produce Gin and Vodka that is simple, clean, and wherever possible, we use organic, sustainable, and Australian grown botanicals.
Our ethos is to enjoy life. From the sun and sand to the conversations we cherish over a drink with friends.
In the spirit of enjoying life, our Founder Adrian Henshall created our distillery, kitchen & bar as a love letter to Bondi, and what she means to us. Here, you’ll find delicious food & drinks, a place to relax, good vibes, and good people. To us, this is Bondi living.
Our Distillery, Bar & Kitchen
At the front of our distillery lies what we believe is one of the best bars in Sydney. Serving a range of amazing cocktails with our gins and vodkas as the base, as well as a few special guest cocktails from our distilling friends.
We offer gin tasting flights, negroni tasting flights, and a gin blending masterclass to create your very own signature drop. And, if you’re looking for a great meal, our kitchen delivers the goods with a delicious sharing menu.

Looking for something fun to do in Sydney? You’ve come to the right place.
Learn the art of gin tasting, or better yet, blend your own drop! Our Bondi Liquor Co Masterclasses are educational, interactive, and most importantly, a tonne of fun. They also include nibbles, a behind-the-scenes tour of our distillery, and a 200ml bottle of gin to take home!
